First, initial visit, and it was a very nice one. From check-in through ordering glasses, everyone was warm, friendly and professional. Prices for my glasses were very reasonable as well. I like doing business with independent businesses, mainly because I was there once myself. I plan to make Shafer my default optometrist now.
I’m a new patient of Shafer and I just had my first appointment. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a vision appointment. The staff were so kind and attentive. They took the time to help me try out different frames and decide what looked the best. Dr. Shafer was informative, but down to earth in a way that was extremely refreshing. If I could give more than five stars I would because it was truly a wonderful experience. I could not recommend Shafer Vision more.
