Thank you Monica, Dr. Shah, and staff. Just want to thank you for everything. Thank you for accompanying me on this journey. I got lasik done and Im just happy I can finally see without glasses. From the very start I always felt welcome. For the people who have never been here, the doctors are great, very friendly and approachable. Make your appointments!!! You wont regret it. They do have a lot of patients and rightfully so. they're great at what they do and they work as fast as they can without making you feel any less. You're missing out guys. I recently had a wonderful experience with a service provider. The individual I interacted with was exceptionally skilled and highly professional. They also possessed a very friendly demeanor, which made the entire process quite pleasant. While the cost was on the higher side, I must say it was entirely justified. The quality of the work delivered was truly outstanding. It's refreshing to find a service where the excellent results truly make up for the investment. I would highly recommend their services based on my positive experience. It's clear they take great pride in their craft.

I went in today for a follow up appointment at the Mission office. I parked on the side and went in. I asked a recepcionist the way to the front and she said I had to walk outside and go all the way around to the front door. I said I was already in and knew the front receptionist was only a few steps away. She continued to tell me to go outside, etc. I told her I didn’t see the point when I was only a few strips away, frustrated, she pointed to the receptionist a few steps away so finally I was able to walk to the front. The front desk receptionist wasn’t any better. She didn’t even look up. I had to ask her if she was talking to me. She was a little better when she asked for my co-payment. Very rude experience. I do t think I’ll be going back.
