Very friendly staff and good customer service. I think I spent more fine in waiting rooms than I did with the Dr. Though lol but that happens at Dr offices.

I mean, the dr provides good service as far as diagnosis or procedures but the wait time at this office is ridiculous. Regardless what time you schedule, you will wait HOURS. they are definitely overbooking the providers more than they can handle. Update; I’m changing my review from 4 stars to 1. There is so many patients waiting for the provider and we can literally hear her chit chatting loudly with the patient she is currently with. So unprofessional, especially with so many elderly patients waiting for hours.

A shame I can't do a negative review, I took my grandpa to his appointment at 9am and the doctor wasn't in the office until 1pm! I was extremely upset because my grandpa and I are waiting outside due to COVID-19 (which is understandable) but for over 4 hours of waiting; that is ridiculous and unprofessional. The staff isn't even better, there is no communication on their side whatsoever. They wasted a huge part of my time and I don't have the luxury of having days off but this was totally unacceptable, I understand if we have to wait 30 minutes or an hour but I made this appointment early so I have time to do other errands. If you want a doctor that will respect your time and appointment, I recommend looking for another doctor. I just felt horrible for my grandpa because he couldn't take his medicine on time and that medicine he has to take it with food.

I’m so upset with the services with Dr Shah -,they are the worse. I had an appointment from over 4 weeks ago and they called to confirm. My phone doesn’t pick up unknown calls. But I called it back anyway and saw it was from his office but I never got an answer. I kept calling and calling. Finally I get an email and confirmed it thru Email. I was told by the rude receptionist that they had rescheduled when I didn’t respond by phone even after I told her of the email confirmation. She told me that since I didn’t answer - they rescheduled. I asked if I could go in as a walk in but was very plainly told “NO” by another rude employee. She said they had over 25 patients to tend to. I told her I didn’t need their services told her that the rumors were true - his office has very poor service. I can just imagine how long they are going to be there and the majority of them were elderly. I DO NOT recommend him at all! Very poor service. 😡😡😡.

I would not recommend the Shah Center in Laredo, we had to wait in three different waiting areas as you advanced to see the doctor. It was well over 4 hours, plus another hour to fit my son for his contacts. At the end they ordered the wrong lens 🤦‍♀️ I’m sorry I never write negative reviews but had to put it out there.
