Tran Vision Center

My first visit to Tran Vision was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. Ruby, the assistant, was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job making my kids feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Pena was outstanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure we understood our options. Most importantly, my kids are very happy with their new prescriptions. Thank you to the entire team at Tran Vision for providing such a positive and professional experience. We truly appreciate the excellent care!

I had a great experience overall. The facility was clean and everything went smoothly. Michelle was amazing. She was very helpful with my insurance, clearly explained my options for glasses, and guided me through upgrades without any pressure. Rudy was friendly and made me feel comfortable during the exams. Dr. Torres was very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain my eye exam and results. The entire team made the process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated the care and service provided.

I visited Trans Vision Center and received a very detailed, high-tech eye examination, all thanks to Ruby. Dr. Torres was very thorough and patiently explained everything scan. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained what I needed excellently. Great customer service, respecting my appointment time and checked me in the moment I walked in. I highly recommend this vision center as it's truly professional.

Excellent customer service! Never a long wait time. Dr. K. Pena-Benavides is always so patient with my daughter. She explains everything so well. Huge thank you to Michelle in the glasses dept for helping out my daughter and showing her all the different shades of pink glasses they had to offer.

I had another great yearly visit, as always! Dr. Peña went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and is always very informative when it comes to my eyes and health. The office and clinical staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and professional especially Anika . I truly had a great experience and as always left with some very nice frames picked out by the amazing team over at the optical Heidi and Raquel.
