The wait time was short, which was especially appreciated during the busy back-to-school season. They took great care of us .Everything was explained clearly, and we received excellent customer service from start to finish. Horrible service!!!! The front desk ladies are so unfair and unprofessional. They had us waiting for 2.5 hours and they wouldn’t acknowledge us. The receptionist was on her phone the whole time laughing at her phone, do not recommend. I was told that I was going to be accepted as a walk in but since I was 15 min late they took life and just basically wasted my time

My entire family has been coming here for 3 years now and never had a problem until now. First off we scheduled myself and my 2 kids to come in all at once at a specific time so we can all be done at once and that day at time was confirmed with whoever schedules the appointments. When it was time for appointment day not only did the schedule myself and my son at different times on the same day but they failed to schedule my daughter at all even though I confirmed the time and date the day I set the appointment. After that all gets sorted out and I have to drive there 3 different times within 4 days they then fail to even order my daughters contacts and my sons contacts after I confirm I need them after each appointment of theirs. I don’t know what’s going on at that office but my family will be seeking new care after we receive our orders because this is so unprofessional and ridiculous!

Paid 250$ more for thinner lenses and got really thick ones. “Assistant manager” sales all sales are final. Won’t be coming back.
