What a great experience! The ladies were knowledgeable, friendly, great senses of humor- from the front desk to the lady who helped me pick out my new glasses. The doctor was so informative in a completely non-pretentious way.. you could just tell she loves what she does.

My experience during the exam was very positive. Reagan (assistant) and Dr. Ashley were both wonderful, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated their care and kindness. I would also like to especially recognize Brittney at the front desk, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive the entire time. Most importantly, I would like to highlight Kerri (optician), who was exceptionally kind, honest, helpful, and highly professional throughout the situation. She handled everything with integrity, care, and professionalism, and I truly appreciated the way she stepped in to correct the issue. Her excellent customer service made a very strong positive impression on me. However, I feel it is important to share that the staff member named Helen, although working in the optician position, did not provide a professional experience. I felt there were issues with both communication and accuracy regarding pricing and calculations. I also felt uncomfortable by the way I was treated and felt discriminated against. It seemed as though she pretended not to understand me, even though I was speaking clear English. In addition, I was initially charged a much higher amount than I should have paid with my insurance. About five minutes after we left, I received a call from Kerri asking if I could return so the payment could be reviewed. In the end, I had paid $100 more than I should have, which was then corrected. Overall, I highly recommend this office because I felt I was in excellent hands with the clinical team and front desk staff. My only negative experience was with Helen, and I believe she unfortunately takes away from an otherwise outstanding practice.

Dr. Ashley Shannon is a wonderful optometrist and her staff is equally helpful. She was very knowledgeable and was always willing to explain unfamiliar concepts with patience. Would definitely recommend this practice to those looking for a new eye doctor!

I went for my yearly exam. I have been going here for 4 years. The staff is so nice and friendly. They take time with you and answer any questions. I was lucky this time and got Dr. Shannon’s daughter Ashley. She was so sweet and explained everything. Reagan is a sweetheart and always smiling. The front desk girl has worked there as long as I have been going there and is always so kind. Unless I move I will keep going to Shannon vision. My eyes are in good hands!

Even when they were explaining that my eyes were dry and needed some attention, everything was communicated in a way that felt supportive and easy to understand. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process smooth from check in to checkout. I highly recommend them if you want an eye care team that is knowledgeable, thorough, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time.
