WARNING!! Ive ordered 2 pairs of glasses here. Thought my first experience was bad, but figured I'd give it another shot. Things Happening, I'm reasonable. They ordered glasses, took 3 weeks. Ordered the wrong Rx, had to resend. Didnt call when my glasses were ready. Most importantly, they are so rude and talk down to you. Like they're doing you a favor. They also messed up my glasses again. I give up. Waste of my time and money. Just go to COSTCO. Youll save yourself so much trouble.

I can not believe these people how they do business, they hardly answer a call . It takes them forever to get your order done. They give you all kind of excuses. Staff and whoever running the business they think they are doing you a favor. Last time dealing with sharp they are overrated .

The lousiest eye exam I have ever had. for $572 the glasses came in and I could barely un-cross my eyes. Dr. Tam did a terrible job checking my eyes and really screwed up the prescription. Now I have to pay another $133 per eye glass (2) to maybe get them straightened out. GO TO COSTCO !

They are rude play the power game with seniors even to pick up pair of glasses the don’t have 10.00 minutes to spare they feed of the sharp business from the doctors next door and over charge Medicare and copay DONT GO THERE find another place where they are kind and caring and you will save on your copay

Carlos the manager and Jessica along with the whole staff have been incredible. They have gone the extra mile for me with my eye glasses. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing quality glasses!!!
