Claimed that my insurance company was not paying him and charged me money out of pocket. Tried to get me to pay out of pocket for my next appointment. I called my insurance company who stated that they paid him everything that he asked for and that he was not allowed to ask me for more money out of pocket except for my copay, which was paid in addition to more money out of pocket. Be careful if they are asking you for more money than your copay.

Didn't file insurance properly delayed my order. The service counter lady was very rude. No one seemed to know how to read the insurance papers. Had to pay whole bill and than submit to insurance company whom immediately covered. Also wouldn't release my prescription. A phone call could have saved me a lot of time instead of just rude service.

Dr. Shaw is excellent!!!! Great customer service and very thorough. Recommend him and his staff at Walmart on Central Ave. -Ray Goins

The eye doctor was very patient and answered all my questions and talked about glasses as well as contacts and the receptionist was all kind 😁 will always go to this location as well as family and friends

Fast and friendly service...don't be discouraged by their office being located in Wal-Mart.
