From the moment I arrived to the wheelchair ride to my car the Sheperd Eye staff was a courteous, well oiled machine. Each staff member introduced themselves which was a nice touch. Each testing station was completed with a high degree of friendliness and effiency. Holly, my prep nurse, really put me at ease with her cool deamenor and friendly banter about all the different aspects of the operation. Talk about effiency…. The operating room staff was just terrific. They quickly made me comfortable and assured me that I was in good hands. Dr. Hill was unbelievable. I had absolutely no side effects from the operation. I had no pain, no itching, no soreness whatsoever. I can only assume that it’s from his expertise as a surgeon. My eyesight was returned to its previous capabilities and I am so grateful to the Sheperd Eye clinic for their kind and reliable services.

As a new patient at Shepard's eye center, I found the entire experience to be very pleasant. The whole process of checking in and being evaluated was efficient, fast and very courteous. The staff members were exceptional in their customer service and treatment of me, the patient. Everything was explained in simple English and very clear to understand. The doctor was extremely competent and professional while still being friendly and courteous. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know that is in need of optical services .

Clean. Friendly service. Kind, empathetic and professional, human employees. who actually look you in the eye and treat you with respect. Knowledgeable. They explained in details I could understand, and answered all my questions with no judgement. I was a new patient and this was my first visit. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was the best treatment I've gotten from any business. From the start to finish, every step and every employee was amazing. I felt like the service was above and beyond what I had hoped the visit would be. It seriously was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. Not something I'm used to. And it ran like a well oiled machine, for a busy business that's impressive alone. Each person seemed to know their role, and perfectly. So the process runs smooth and effortlessly. And leaves the customer with a positive, thorough, time efficient appointment. My doctor Alesha was fantastic. Best service I've received at an eye appointment. I felt valued, appreciated and respected. Not rushed through like just a faceless number & dollar sign. I definitely would recommend this business to others. From my first visit they were always friendly and courteous. I had Cataract surgery Dr. M.Hill was my doctor he was kind and reassuring. My surgery went well and I no longer need glasses. Highly recommend.

I went in to my first cataract surgery , loaded with anxiety and concern. Just getting good reviews from friends who had it done didn't seem to help... Then I started to interact with the center.Everyone , there was patient friendly , encouraging detailed in their explanations and reassuring in every way possible. Every single person there was the best you could possibly imagine. I follow directions to the letter and they gave me enough detail. By the time it was ready for me to get my other eye corrected, I was really good with it.And they did not disappoint. Most of\nUs will require cataract surgery sooner or later.And this is the place to go.
