This is my first visit and was very satisfied with Dr. R. Reddy and his staff. I was called at about the exact time of my appointment. Staff were friendly, checking my vision with care. Dr. Reddy was just as great as well. Thoroughly checked my eyes and was easy to talk to. Looking forward to my next visit.
This was my first time at Shepherd Eye Center. It was a very easy process. I scheduled online and filled out the paperwork on line. They sent me reminders of my appointment which is always appreciated. The check in process was simple, the wait time was minimal, all the testing, questions and preparations for the doctor were done before seeing her. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a very well run office especially for how many patients I saw there. Kudos Shepherd Eye Center!
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ho and Dr.Rosen (for Cataract surgery!). Just had my first cataract surgery 2days ago and it was a breeze! And I owe it all to Dr. Rosen! He is amazing! He is sooo kind and thoughtful and assured me they would help me in any way! And THEY DID! He was so good, I had no idea what he was even doing! That’s GOOD!🫶🏻
They are a very process oriented organization & and I say that in a good way. They keep the patient in the loop and all instruction from the team are very clear and easy to understand. I highly recommend Shepard for your eye health needs.
The entire experience and process at Shepherd Eye was excellent. They were very organized and efficient. Kiosk check in was easy. Refractionist was superb. Tech was awesome. Dr Rosen was kind, thorough, and had a fabulous bedside manner with my 96yo mom. Optician Sharon was patient and understanding while Mom tried on nearly every frame in their beautiful optical boutique! Thank you all for taking such great care of her!!
