Nick and staff were very pleasant. They broke down the prices and what my insurance would cover. Thank you for the great experience. Dr. Monica was very nice and the eye exam went smoothly.
Coming here is always great. The doctor is very kind and professional. The front staff is amazing, too, especially Nick. He was so helpful start to finish by answering all my questions, explaining the difference between certain options, tightening my glasses, and overall was very friendly. Also, last time I was here, I was talking about kpop with another staff member and they started playing music, which was super nice.
Doctor Sappal was professional, kind and helpful. He provided me with resources for issues I needed. His staff was efficient and worked together. Overall, the office was timely and has a great environment.
The service was great the young ladies and gentlemen were very nice and friendly and also the doctor was Excellent he broke everything down to me and explained the situation about my daughter’s eye problem and I think him for that if I had to rate you guys on a scale one through 10 it will be 10×10×10 thank you for everything
I have been going here for many years now and have never had a bad experience. The Dr and staff are super nice and very helpful. Dr Sappal and his team are also great with kids
