I have never needed glasses as an adult. I was in the store just now, and the first question I asked the person helping me laughed at me. I told her I've never needed glasses and I'm very uncomfortable, and I don't know what questions to ask. She ignored my objection. I just walked out at that point. Made me feel like I didn't belong.
I had such a wonderful appointment yesterday. The person named Hannah that works there is so incredible! I've never seen such a dedicated worker, she was so helpful during my exam. The Doctor was also very kind and good at his job. If I ever need another eye exam I am coming here! 10/10
I’m new to Sioux Falls, so I chose this place more out of convenience so I thought. This place was awesome, everyone I dealt with was professional and they actually made me feel really comfortable. Everything worked out the way it should and the way we would expect it to, from the exam to choosing my frame to picking up my new glasses. I highly recommend this location to anyone who need an eye exam and glasses. Did I mention the prices? They’re great!
These Ladies know their stuff! Wonderfully Kind Gals, Great Attitudes, Efficient and, certainly know their way around the many State of the Art Technology of the many machines they use! They treated so well that I went in with 2 eyes and left with 3!!🤭🙏🏼
Patty was absolutely amazing!! I have never had a telehealth eye exam before and boy was that ever SLICK!!! I’ll do it again in a heartbeat!!! Great service all the way around!!
