I have been going here for the last 5 years. They have always been friendly. And Dr Ott is great. My only gripe is there computer systems seem to always be slow. I always get contacts so cannot compare their glasses prices. I know they have some good sales. Probably good to shop around to compare.
Amazing and nice ladies! Mary helped me out, she was so nice to talk to throughout the appointment. She explained everything well and made the experience very comfortable. It was a breeze doing the exam, picking frames, and affordable too!
Did an exam for eyeglasses and contacts for while ago. The trial contacts were not a good fit, especially one side. Got a call to pick up my glasses and new trial pair. Showed up, and only given glasses. The women couldn't even find the trail pair. Said she didn't know nothing about them. Received a call almost weeks later, asking how the contacts were....Great! Never got them.
My first time attempting to transition to contacts, and it took me several appointments and phone calls to get the right type and fit. The staff was SO patient with me! They were kind, helpful, and understanding; they are appreciated.
We were traveling from out of state and my husband's frame broke. We stopped in and they helped us immediately and were able to switch out the frames. Great service!!
