The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful they went above and beyond to assist me in getting a new pair of glasses. The doctors themselves were very personable and listened to my concerns. The eyeglass selection was wonderful I had many different shapes and colors in my price range that went beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning to the eye guys for my future eye Care needs.
What a great experience! The staff is amazing and all the new technology, WOW...very impressed. Dr. Matt was very friendly and explained the photos of my eyes to my understanding. I am very grateful for the time Brandy spent helping choose the perfect pair of glasses. She was honest about what looked good or didn't. That's huge! Thank you all 🤗 #1 in my book!
I had a small piece of wood stuck in my eye. I stopped in unexpectedly and they had me at the hands of their doctor in 10-15 mins. I have never been to an eye doctor or eye office of any kind. I was super impressed with the ease and quickness of getting me in without an appointment. If I or my family ever have any eye issues, I’m definitely going back here.
The Eye Guys gave me an excellent experience. The shop is clean, the staff is so friendly, and Dr. Jake Diedrich made me feel so comfortable. I was surprised at the technology they have to test your vision and it was easy, not yo mention seamless. I was helped alot and left assured that my vision problems will be resolved. After I was given my prescription and recommendations I met with Tanya Salzmen, the optician who gave me real advice and options for frames. She even looked into various colors for the designer frames I loved. The store has a wide selection of highly fashionable frames. I loved so many that it was hard to pick! I have sunk a lot of money at other Optometrists for frames of lesser quality with lenses that didn't have the options I needed. The Eye Guys were reasonably priced and offered the best selection I have seen so far. I highly reccemmed Dr. Diedrich and the entire experience. You won't be disappointed!
Wow! What an incredible experience! The exam was a breeze, everyone was so nice and invested in my concerns and thoughts, and the extra technology (which I normally worry about) is going to help my eyes exponentially! Everyone in the office was so knowledgeable about every part of the process and was willing to walk me through the new (or new looking) machines. The texts were great, making sure I knew everything had gone through on the booking page, and even the short wait time! Laura was so incredible helping me find my new “look”, helping me navigate the insane amount of options, and making sure I knew she was going to give me the truth straight. 10/10 glasses experience, I will be recommending The Eye Guys to everyone. Thank you!
