I have had a great experience here. The Dr. is thorough with the exam and down to earth. I enjoyed talking with him. He got my prescription spot on the first time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed talking with them too. It is apparent that they all work as a team and the facility is very clean and organized.
I don't believe I have ever had a more thorough eye examination in my life. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for an optometrist. Their selection of frames is great, with a variety of shapes and colors. My only criticism is a lack of variety of tints for the sunglasses. It was either gray of brown. Was hoping to have a blue lens, but that was not a big issue to me. I ordered the sunglasses regardless and feel that the results will be just fine. Thanks again ladies for a wonderful experience!
Did a telemedicine appointment for the first time and I would recommend it. It was easy and the tech, Erin did a great job. She made my daughter feel comfortable with having to get glasses and she made sure she picked out a pair she will be comfortable with once they are adjusted.
