⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I always have a great experience at Shopko Optical in Austin, MN. They’re fast, efficient, and incredibly thorough with their exams. The doctor took the time to really look at my previous prescription and helped me update my soft contacts to the newer version and I can feel the difference immediately. These are much more comfortable, and I’m so grateful for the improvement. The staff here is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. They explain everything clearly and make the whole process simple from start to finish. Their location is also very convenient, which makes scheduling and quick visits really easy. I was in the Shopko Optical, asking to have one of the two glasses, which I had previously purchased from there. Abby assisted me and was very joyful and kind. I was not able to use one of the pair of glasses. I asked to have it tightened and she gladly assisted me with it. She brought it back and it fit perfectly. Abby then asked, "Would you like me to do the same with my other pair", which was not needed. She then asked "would you like me to clean the other glasses", which I declined. Abby gave me great service and this being my first time purchasing from Shopko Optical, will be a future customer, going into the future! Thank You Abby!

Have had to drive back 4 times, just attempting to get a finalized contact prescription which I wasn't able to obtain, because I had to leave for another appointment after waiting 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. The last 2 appointments I have had to wait between 45-1 hour later than my scheduled time to even be seen. I highly suggest going someplace else. Desk lady's are great, except for one lady that is very rude, doesn't understand the concept of having other obligations in a day. Seriously disappointed with the change in staff and quality of service
