Very helpful and friendly staff. Erin was wonderful in helping me choose the frame that fit and looked right. And they spoke from experience so that I have a better idea of what different lens types do for me.

I had a great appointment with Shopko in Bemidji. I worked with Erin, she was lovely, explained everything that we were doing and was very helpful. This was my first remote visit, the technician and doctor portion was via internet connection. It went very well. Erin assisted with my glasses selection, we found the exact right pair. This location has very personable staff, it was an enjoyable visit. Thank you Shopko Bemidji!!

I got my first pair of glasses since I was a tiny kid from Shopko around December of last year and honestly, the whole experience was way better than I expected. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the vibe was really relaxing. Erin was the one who helped me out, and she was amazing, patient, and genuinely excited to help me find frames. It was her first day on the floor but she did an amazing job despite being new!

This has been the place I have gone for over 20 years for glasses. Normally Eva takes very good care of me, but this time she was busy with other customers, so Katy worked with me to get fitted for a new set of bifocals. She was very courteous and cheerful, and worked with me to find the best lenses for what I needed. She will be a nice addition to the wonderful staff I have worked with over the years. Thank you!
