We had the BEST experience at White Spruce!!! My son needed glasses for the first time ever and their staff took such great care of him! Glasses selection is spectacular for both children and adults! Highly recommend them to anyone in the community.

I was recently diagnosed with Open Angle Glaucoma by a different provider. After working with them on a treatment plan for 14 months I was frustrated and felt they were not listening to my concerns and failed to answer my questions. It became clear to me that I needed to find a different provider. After doing online searches and talking with my family doctor, I found White Spruce Optometry. From my first visit, I felt I was being heard! The staff was excellent from the receptionist to the techs and the doctors. I have been there three times and now feel optimistic about my treatment plan and the future of maintaining my vision. I was put on a different eye drop that has greatly reduced the nasty side effects I was experiencing. The Dr also identified another issue with my eyes and gave me guidance to manage and treat it. The facility is clean; the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. All three of my appointments were on time with no long waiting. I am very pleased with my decision to make the switch to White Spruce!
They are so nice and inviting. We set up back-to-back appts for my daughter and I and when we got there they adjusted and saw us both at the same time so we didn’t have to wait! They have all the modern imaging equipment and a great selection of glasses available. My daughter and I found exactly what we wanted and they took care of all the insurance and joked around with us. It was a really wonderful experience.
Friendly, professional staff. I had my exam appointment and selected a fun new pair of glasses and was out the door in one hour. It was challenging to select a new frame because there are many cute styles. Staff was very helpful while making my selection.
