Dr. Gingrich, and Natasha were the best. So patient with me. They made me feel comfortable the second I walked in the door. The rest rest of the staff seemed very friendly also.

I got eye exams and glasses for my 4 kids at the Billings Shopko Optical. We've used them for several years, and this year (2026) was by far the best! Natasha was FANTASTIC with my kids (especially the teens that just wanted to be on their screens)!

These angels saved me when I had a contact rip while traveling for the holidays. As a Shopko optical customer in my hometown they found my prescription and got me a replacement immediately. The woman who helped me, and her coworkers were warm and friendly!

Very thankful for the kindness we’ve experienced here. We get seen and helped quickly. Comfort and kindness when we’re having tough on glasses moments. Glad we’ve opted for extra insurance, replacements happen and it could have been much more stressful without it.
