Tina was great!! Exam went smoothly. She is a very likeable and friendly professional. I gave 4 stars because outside of Tina's control their website advertises that an exam is $85. When I went to pay I was surprised and disappointed to hear that the exam cost $199!! This was hard on my wallet because I have a very tight budget right now, and this was in part why I chose Eyecare Express on King Ave, Billings. When I inquired about pricing with the staff they said that it's (website's incorrect pricing) been like that for a while and that they would pass the information along to try to get whomever is managing the website to fix the pricing information to accurately reflect the true price. Hearing that the website has been like that a while is tantamount to false advertising, imo. Lesson learned to make sure that I double check the pricing beforehand.

Everyone there was SUPER friendly. they gave me the best recommendations and everything was a reasonable price while being affordable! Thank you to the staff here for being so welcoming and friendly!

We showed up a little early, but they got us in and out, very friendly and efficient. My daughter also really liked the optometrist. Highly recommend

The customer service was great and the vibes were good! They got my eye exam done quickly (in and out in 30 minutes) and helped me find contacts that would work for me. I struggle so much with finding comfortable contacts, other places havent gotten them right. Clean space and the ladies were so cool.

I was greeted by a courteous professional assistant to the optometrist. She explained the pre exam with me and what she was doing. When I saw the optometrist, he also explained the eye exam and it wasn't rushed. He was professional and very nice to me. He found another cataract in my left eye which I had no idea I had. He explained how I would need cataract surgery to remove both cataracts in each eye and explained the procedure. Over all even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear, I still had a good appointment today
