As always amazing customer service. Christine was wonderful she didn't rush me when picking new glasses and explained everything when it came to buying my frames..Dr Hawley was amazing also answering my questions and when I wasn't sure about something being patient with me.....highly recommend them I will be returning for many more years.
first time I ever picked this Optical place. I would never recommend this to anyone and I would never go back. I can see how they pull fast ones on the elderly. I have vision insurance and without my permission had added so much that one pair of glasses was up to $800 and they refused to give my contact prescription to order contacts until I had another eye exam and I just had one from them 6 weeks ago. so I would never recommend this place and if you do go you need to pay attention with my vision insurance. I would have had to pay $600 out of pocket for one pair of glasses. they added anything and everything they could without your permission and with my insurance. I still paid a hundred and something out of pocket. so I figured if I didn't order contacts through them they might not be so happy. they're way cheaper online and they refuse to give my contact prescription and first denied. they did an eye exam for contacts but yet ordered a trial pair for me to wear but I'm not wasting my vision insurance on another eye exam after 6 weeks of just having one. so I will find another place to go. it was just in my list of providers but never have. I been put through so much unnecessary and will never go back

Traveling for work this week and somehow lost one of the nose pieces on my glasses. Being Tuesday & needing my glasses the rest of the week stopped in at Shopko by chance to see if they could help me out with a replacement. We do not have Shopko where I live but I am recommending them especially Kendra based solely on the great customer service! Kendra was able to get some Rayban nose pieces to work on with my Blackfin frames. Much appreciated!
