I had a great experience at Shopko Optical, Mickayla was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The eye exam was thorough, and Mickayla helped me find glasses that fit well and matched my style. I would definitely recommend Shopko Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service.
It was my first experience in this office. The doctor was friendly and approachable. Shirley was kind and did well with my children. I would recommend other staff to improve their friendliness and customer service skills.
Great place. Welcoming atmosphere. Dr Sanders was from Lincoln filling in and have to say he was extremely through and friendly we'll see him again for our visits.
Booked an appointment online. Appointment confirmed. With less than 2 hours notice, I received a text message that the appointment was cancelled with no reason. I called to find out why and was informed that they were short staffed and that they called and left a VM. No missed calls and no VM on my phone. Hmmm...if you are short staffed, maybe not show available appointments on your website. It's 2026; do better!
