I was nervous about some issues I’ve been having with my eyes, and had been avoiding seeing a doctor. When I finally decided to go into the store, Chantilly took the time to talk me through the exam process and what to expect. Dr. Cutler took great care of me and we got everything sorted out. 🎶 I can see clearly now, the redness is gone.🎵 I am very thankful for their kindness and professionalism. 10/10 Would recommend ShopKo Optical to anyone in the area!

I had a woman (didn’t get her name) help me for the small tests before the doctor came. She made me feel really comfortable even though the machines scared me a bit. We were able to laugh it off together and make small jokes which made me feel even more comfortable. doctor was kind and the wait wasn’t long at all. he was also very patient with me . Later Erick helped me with my lenses and frames he was great to talk to. He helped me decide between some pairs and educate me on different lenses and what is beneficial for what I do for work. Definitely recommending this place to my friends

I definitely recommend coming to shopko optical! Not only is their glasses selection great but the employees are amazing. Erick, Neredia, and Chantilly helped me and my boyfriend find glasses. They also helped with adjusting and were very helpful in explaining the different options for lens types, style etc. Overall such a great experience I will be sticking to shopko optical for all my optical needs!! Thank you to everyone that helped us there!

I had a problem with the first pair of glasses I got from Shopko, they offered me either a new pair or my money back this. The staff at this facility is very helpful and I thank them very much. I would have given them a five but I had a problem with the glasses. Thanks again

When I walked in I was warmly greeted by the manager Jose. Yisel was very helpful in picking out the perfect frames and the ordering process was so smooth. The whole process was easy peasy. Thanks so much
