Came get my glasses fixed girls not understanding what i want now they cause my ear hurt glasses and strip mental shouldn't hurting year and no one would let me put warranty on my glasses just case boke something happen uncalled for. Very upset person rung up didnt ask me want I told them yes. My glasses need fixed right way.
Dr Bista was very informative and detail oriented. He made me feel at ease like I was apart of his family, even though this was my first visit. He explained the benefits of progressive versus regular lenses. A very professional and personable doctor. The staff was friendly and kind throughout the process. Jennifer was superb in her assistance of helping choose my frames and lenses. She gave options showing the benefits/features of each one and prices. She use third party and her own personal experiences in the process. I use to do business with LensCrafter, now I have found a one on one personal staff in Shopko Optical that looks at my best interests. Shopko Optical 4217 is apart of my new family. I'm only giving this location a 5 star because of how extraordinarily helpful Philip is. He has top notch customer service skills. He is courteous and friendly. He cares about the patients and listens to their concerns and needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure people are satisfied and paired with the correct products. Prior to this year, my husband and I had some not so great experiences at this location but thanks to Philip that has changed greatly. He made sure that all of our needs were addressed and properly taken care of. He is a great asset to this location! Thank you Philip for all of your help. 🙏☺️
I booked online for a Monday appointment at book just fine. When Monday came I went down to my appointment and they were closed I called a different Shopko who were incredibly rude, and asked if they knew anything and she responded that this store is closed on Mondays for the month of September due to staffing issues. It would have been nice to know that before I drove 20 minutes to get there.
Yesterday was the first time purchasing glasses from Shopko Optical. The service I received at the Waukesha store was excellent . My sales person, Douglas, was respectful, friendly and answered all my questions. If you need help in picking frames that will work for you they are good with that too.
