Bought [$627.98) my glasses on May 12, 2026, still do not have them, July 9, 2026. they have been sent back 3 times due to staff error.... very disappointed with your service. I would like to be compensated for this.....

I bought a $1800 pair of metal glasses (before insurance), plus bought the extra coverage for 13 mo. A bow broke at 15 mo. Phone employee couldn't care less about my problem, as conveyed through her voice. We went in to store to show them the bow, to see if we could order a replacement bow. Very rude sales person was arrogant during brief encounter...I just have to buy a new pair...but it won't be at this store!

I came in 5 minutes before closing with what I thought was going to be an impossible task. My dad broke his glasses and they needed to have one of the lenses restrung. Not only did they take on the task Kindly, they also cleaned the glasses ... But most importantly, took the time to talk to me about my dad. Glasses repaired at no charge- awesome. Human kindness, Priceless!
