My son broke his glasses in a bike accident and the ladies at Tomahawk Eye Care not only went out of their way to find him a new pair but they did it with kindness and care…. They made us feel at home and I could tell they actually cared….. the service was a 10 out of 10 we were extremely stressed after the bicycle accident but they made us feel calm and comfortable…. I would recommend them to all friends and family…. Thank you all again I appreciate everything you do!!

Parents highly don't recommend taking your kids here. Daughters first eye exam so she was nervous and fidgety, I was trying to reassure her and helping her focus during the appointment when the eye doc stopped mid exam and told me to finish giving her exam. Packed up the equipment and refused to finish. Not only was my 6 year old confused but also super bummed she couldn't get the glasses she had picked out. Extremely rude, uncaring, and unprofessional.

Ok so most of the reviews I've read are 5 out of 5. And that's spot on. Tomahawk Eye Care was GREAT! I had a 2 pm appointment and I was home with new glasses by 3 pm which was perfect because my old glasses had a crack in them. The staff was friendly and courteous! I can't recommend them enough!

My daughter and I had an appointment at 3:30 and 4:00 and were not seen until 4:15 for the first appointment with no remorse shown whatsoever. The overall exam was unprofessional and felt rushed. After our examinations, I had to ask about new frames and lenses. The person assisting us was rude and rushed as we did not have frames picked previously. Additional information was not offered about frames or lenses. Upon review of insurance, additional information was not offered and I had to ask specific questions regarding coverage. In the end, our insurance information was not correct and had to be changed and resubmitted. Overall experience was rushed and we didn’t feel appreciated as patients.

My whole family loves going to Tomahawk Eye Care! All six of us have been going for years. Always treated like family and taken good care of! The staff really know what they are doing! I highly recommend them. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent selection of frames and products
