Dave and I both were in for new glasses. When we got there to pick up our new glasses, we had the pleasure of having Hannah help us. She was so nice and very knowledgeable for both of our needs. So, hats off to Hannah for great customer service!

Hannah was the best. Very helpful and told me about the discount you can get by having AARP. I have been getting my glasses at Shopko for years and she was the 1st one to tell me about the AARP discount. Thank you Hannah, keep up your great work! Debbie G

I felt like I was pushed to purchase items on the higher end, to make higher sales. The tech is dealt was pushy on contacts after repeatedly saying not interested. The different types of lenses was not explained as it was tonight by Lydia and Hanna. Along with that the info I was given was not fully correct and was misleading.I was not pleased with my initial appointment as now im having to have measurements redone and correct the experience that I initially had. This is investment and I want to be ultimately happy, not for the associate to try to sell me the highest priced product to make them look better.

Absolutely loved my experience. It’s always tough picking out glasses and Tracy was marvelous. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I thought my eye doctor was very thorough. Also, I would recommend this place to everybody.

I’m a returning patient at Shopko Optical in Monroe for my post-LASIK appointments. The staff and doctors are friendly, professional, and thorough, making follow-ups quick and comfortable. I feel well cared for every visit.
