Dr. Anderson and Tonya have worked at Shopko optical for almost forever and you can tell by their professionalism and genuine desire to help you with your vision. They both explain things to the fullest in a way that's easy for you to understand. The whole process was easy, without taking a ton of time if you don't need it.
Dr. Anderson was absolutely amazing. I haven't felt so heard, seen, and have been able to see so well after visiting an optometrist. Not to mention Marina, and the rest of the front staff are, as well, absolutely amazing. 🖤

Reception as soon as you enter was without delay, friendly, and with a smile. They are the best in Freeport. The doctor knows I'm stubborn, but walked me through everything he was hearing and what I was not seeing. He always gives me options though. We meet in the middle, but he's usual right. Very clean, warm, and you just can't beat it. Love this place. 10 of 10.
Staff was wonderful and so helpful. Helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed within my budget. Made sure everything was perfect before I left with second pair I bought there. The doctor was great. Explained everything to me and was very thorough. Definitely will be bringing business back here again. Plus they are one of very few in area who do Saturday appointments!
