The services and tech they use is very good and thourough. I thought I was getting an eye exam that Medicare would have covered leaving a $25 copay. What I got was a charge of $39 at time of service that I paid thinking that I misunderstood the copay. Next billing cycle I get a bill for the $25 copay. That is when I discovered that the $39 was for Fundus Photography. None of this was explained at the time service was rendered. The charge for the photagraphy should have been explained beforehand since this is an in network provider with my Medicare Advantage. They would have known that. Illegal? No. Unethical? No. Should I have read the fine print in Medicare ahead of time? I thought I understood what I read but apparently not. But it would have been good customer service to inform me of that $39 expense before service was rendered. For that reason I will probably not be going back.

I have struggled with redness and dryness for years. Drs. Fisher and Bechtel have helped me tremendously. I am now using their LLT light therapy and haven’t felt this good in years.
I recently used the LLLT (Low Level Laser Therapy) machine after developing a really uncomfortable stye. Dr. Bechtel and Dr. Fisher recommended trying the treatment, and I’m so glad they did. The session itself was incredibly relaxing, and by the very next morning I noticed a huge improvement. The swelling and irritation had gone down significantly, and it was clear the treatment helped speed up the healing process. I would absolutely use the LLLT machine again and highly recommend it to anyone dealing with a stye or similar eye irritation. It was an easy, comfortable experience and made a noticeable difference very quickly.
Dr. Bechtel has been a godsend to me. Thank you for doing all that you can to help my pain in my eyes and not just writing me off. I plan on bringing the rest of the family in for their care as well. Thank you again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The doctors and staff were great. They took the time with me to explain everything and not just rush me out the door. It’s refreshing to have an eye doctor that genuinely cares for their patients. Even though it was my first time there, they made me feel like I was one of their favorite regular customers. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
