Highly recommend! The staff and Dr's are kind, courteous and friendly. They take the time to listen. The Dr's take there time with you. No rushing you out to get the next patient in. They care about you!! Explain things well. All around great place!!
I never had a problem getting glasses until I came here. The first time, there was an issue with the size of the frames, the type of prescription, and the bifocal. I was told to keep wearing the glasses, that I needed time to adjust. Normally, I agree with that, but when you get headaches minutes after putting them on, can't see clearly, feel dizzy, and your vision is almost like a drunk feeling, it's a problem. It took a few phone calls before they would accept that I was having a problem with them. It did finally get worked out, though, after some time. Four plus years have passed, and I've never received a phone call or text with a reminder of a possible need for new glasses or an eye exam. This time, again, there was no guidance on the size of frames, type of bifocal, prescription, etc. I had to ask questions because I didn't want to go through that mess again. I hope I asked enough of the right questions to not have this problem again. Workers should be able to point out issues.
Start to finish this was an absolutely stellar visit! Dr. Coy was highly knowledgeable and informative about my issue, and his assistant was thorough and polite with her examination. Couldn’t have asked for a better optician either! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for premier eye care
EVERYONE there, today, was Great! Friendly, efficient fun. I've liked Dr Coy Very Much, since my first visit with him. I even got to enjoy the eclipse with him and the staff today! I'd recommend this office (Lanark) to anyone. Thank You, to everyone, today:))
