I had a wonderful experience at Shopko Optical during my recent eye exam. Bridget was fantastic—she took the time to clearly explain each test and handled everything with excellent professionalism and care. This location exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I use Shopko because they take our eye insurance. Had great experience with eye exam and enjoyed the frame selections. The big issue I had was we purchased new lens for my wife's frames because they are her favorite.The problem was they switched out the lens and then didn't want to give me the old ones back. They were going to return or sell them back at my expense. I said no I own them, give them back. She argued with me until I said show me the contract that says I was exchanging my $300 old lens for new ones. None, existed and no one said anything about it. It's a scam and unprofessional to just assume I didn't want them and would let them cash in on the return. So be aware, if you plan to just get lens for your personal frames, be sure to let them know you either want them back or not.
Bridget was great! There were IT issues during my exam, which was virtual, she dealt with them professionally and was very apologetic. Probably would not have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her! Very helpful with any questions I had.
Doctors were phenomenal, very friendly and sweet. The male working the front desk was not the friendliest and also rude to another customer who was getting his glasses adjusted. Not the first time he’s been like that when I was here. Other than that they were spectacular.
Had to go in to get a frame replaced, just broke putting them on. Ok Than they chipped my lens replacing the frame, ok another visit and a week wait but at least they arent charging me for my wasted time. A few days later I ma cleaning my lens like O aleays do and the lens they did not ruin fell out. Please get people who know what they are doing!!!
