I had an awesome experience at Shopko Optical today! Everyone I interacted with—from Dr Davis, to Makiena who helped me pick out my glasses—was outstanding. The entire team was friendly, fun, patient, and genuinely caring. They made the whole process enjoyable and took the time to answer my questions and help me find the perfect pair of glasses. It's clear they truly care about their patients and providing excellent customer service. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive experience. Mikayla was very helpful and professional. I had several special requests because I was looking for something unusual and she made it happen. She was also able to help me optimize my optical insurance by explaining the best options that work with my policy. Nice experience overall!

Wow! Incredibly efficient eye appointment! Same day eye appointment that actually accepted Delta Eye insurance! Dr. Davis was excellent! And Mikayla happily answered all my many pricing questions! This was a fantastic experience! I will —for sure— be back!

I love coming to shopko in menomonie, the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I recently lost my glasses and needed to order new ones, I spoke to Kerri on the phone and to my surprise she was able to squeeze me in same day! With an eye exam as well! I arrived late due to drive time and traffic but they were still able to help me. The Dr was so nice and respectful, helped me feel more comfortable. Mikayla helped me order new glasses and made sure I got everything I needed. Amazing team here! Keep up the great work

Kerri was Super helpful while I Was picking out my glasses. She understood the struggle of having young children and metal frames which is very helpful cause a lot of people don’t understand that. Overall I just think she’s got amazing vibes for working with customers 10 out of 10 recommend her.
