I had to get a replacement pair of glasses, and Elizabeth helped me. She is an absolute ROCKSTAR. She handled the weird situation I gave her with confidence and professionalism helping me order my new glasses and get out of the store all within 10 minutes. I came to Shopko Optical to have my glasses fixed and to order contacts. Elizabeth greeted me promptly and with genuine joy to help me. She was certain she could fix my glasses but if for some reason couldn’t she assured me she would seek support and follow through. Elizabeth treated me as human not just a number or annoying customer. She made the visit professional yet personable. I appreciated her smile, undivided attention at all times and her sincerity! I went to have my glasses tightened up. Even though they were not purchased from Shopko, the lady fixed it in no time and unbelievably at no cost. More power to Shopko - I will definitely aim to buy my next pair of glasses from them
