Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic

I had an unexpected issue with my vision and the clinic got me in the same day and I was able to see the eye surgeon the following day. They scheduled my preop exam for me and I scheduled my surgery as early as possible. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make an unpleasant situation tolerable for me. I’m so impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness. The technology they use is also very impressive. My mom sees an eye doctor at this clinic too, and he’s the coolest, most personable doctor I’ve ever met. Such a bummer that he’s retiring soon. Highly recommend this wonderful clinic! All of the employees are just the best and I’m very happy with the treatment that my mom and I have received!

Very Professional and even though I was anxious the Dr put me at ease right away. He had a very calm soothing voice and gave me lots of options. A positive experience overall and I will definitely be back!

The care here is really great! Front desk, PA's and Dr. Jericki know what they are doing. I had excellent care for my cataract surgery. 4 months later I got my drooping eye lids fixed. That went well too. I just had a problem with one of my eyes. They got me in the next day to make sure nothing was wrong. They did an extensive exam, told me what it was and that I would be ok in a few weeks. I think very highly of their professionalism and their kindness in the treatment of their patients.

Friendly service during entire visit. From check-in, to pre tests and screening, to seeing the provider, to check out, it is all amazing and friendly service. The facility is new and spotlessly clean. Dr. Abigail Moore and her crew made the screening and eye testing during the appointment easy and explained everything they were doing. I can’t recommend Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic- Eau Claire CVEC enough. It was a wonderful experience. 5 star services all around.

One of the best eye clinics I’ve ever been to. I had a great experience with Dr. Lambert and Dr. Paulson , both were amazing, and I’m sure the rest of the team is just as great. The visits are always very comfortable, and they take their time to listen and help with anything I need. I also come regularly for post-LASIK check-ups and always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend.
