Great staff in Eau Claire! Very helpful and informative. Every step of the exam was explained. The eye video, while waiting for the virtual doctor visit, was really interesting and informative. (More of that would be great). Virtual doctor expertly explained and went over my personal eye and general health and how it may affect my vision. Staff was very helpful to my needs and wants while picking out my new glasses. Messages to remind me of my appointment , insurance information and what happens next was great. Technology is changing many ways we do things, but this is a GREAT new experience and I look forward to getting my new glasses and continuing my eye care with VisionWorks!

Great experience. Its a little different with telehealth vision doctors. But I liked it and they did an awesome job. The front was great with helping me with insurance and eye glasses.

Vision works took great care of my mother during her exam. The process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and made the visit easy. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and made it very easy to find the product that met my needs. The eye exam was actually quite good and was easy to schedule.

Maddie was incredibly helpful and the two other women working were equally pleasant! The service was efficient, all my questions were answered, and the friendly staff just elevated the experience :)
