I had an eye exam and had to bring my granddaughter with. They were so kind when I had to stop the exam to help my granddaughter with something. They explained everything about the exam well. They also made sure I got the best price possible. I also had to bring a friend that had to get her grandson's glasses, the other place didn't do the eye measurements when they did his exam. He is very shy, when it comes to new people. They were so kind with him and so gentle with him that they were able to get his eye measurement, the first time they tried. Which we were a little concerned that they were not going to be able to get it on the first try. I think the lady's at vision work are very kind and accommodating, and just really want to help you. Thank you ladies at the Eau Claire visionworks!

Great staff in Eau Claire! Very helpful and informative. Every step of the exam was explained. The eye video, while waiting for the virtual doctor visit, was really interesting and informative. (More of that would be great). Virtual doctor expertly explained and went over my personal eye and general health and how it may affect my vision. Staff was very helpful to my needs and wants while picking out my new glasses. Messages to remind me of my appointment , insurance information and what happens next was great. Technology is changing many ways we do things, but this is a GREAT new experience and I look forward to getting my new glasses and continuing my eye care with VisionWorks!

Went in today expecting to order two pairs of eyeglasses, my eye exam was done last month and I just went in to pick out frames. The two employees were not busy. After I’d been trying on frames for about 20 minutes an employee approached. I explained I needed help selecting frames, she told me to keep looking and she’d be back. After an hour of listening to her complain to her coworker about annoying customers at her previous job and after watching them both ignore me and another customer who also asked for help picking out frames, I walked out. Apparently they get paid whether they assist customers or not.

Great experience. Its a little different with telehealth vision doctors. But I liked it and they did an awesome job. The front was great with helping me with insurance and eye glasses.

Maddie was incredibly helpful and the two other women working were equally pleasant! The service was efficient, all my questions were answered, and the friendly staff just elevated the experience :)
