All of the ladies working up front were very attentive and knowledgeable. Also very helpful with picking out glasses that look and feel comfortable to wear. Even went the extra mile to look up other color options for me on their computer system and explained all of the fees for each level of quality and the different options for lenses. They recommend the best options for you. They want to make sure you have the best quality and correct level for your needs. I got my first pair of progressive lenses and the top tier lens quality was not absolutely necessary for me so she helped me chose the level of quality that was appropriate for me specifically. In the future if my prescription increases I will go with the top quality lens but for my current needs she helped me chose a lens that is tailored for my needs. I work in healthcare and providing individualized care is important to me and they do exactly that. They were also very busy when I was there and they managed to be very attentive to every person that came in the door by making my sure to acknowledge their presence and assist them promptly when they were available.

I’ve been a patient at Sterling for many years with Dr. Paul. I keep going back because of their entire team. Top notch service! I saw Dr. Delakis’ (Dr Paul’s son) at my most recent visit and the experience was great! He was thorough, answered my questions, and left me feeling confident in my eye care for the future. Again the staff was super helpful in explaining insurance benefits, picking frames and setting me up for new lenses and frames. I highly recommend them!

The only Drs I trust with my eyes to do the job right. Not boggled after my exam and the prescription is correct. Dr actually showed me what my new glasses would make me see and it was wonderful to know. Not sure why this was new going every year and this is the first dr to do this. Getting my prescription right is most important didn’t hurt the dr is also a beefcake ; ) Girls working there got my measurements right for the frame no problems there either.

Melody helped my wife pick out a pair of glasses and assisted me with measurements I needed to get progressive lenses. She was very friendly, kind, skilled and overall just wonderful to work with. She was also very thorough. She has a very warm and calming demeanor that made us feel welcomed and valued. We really appreciated that and hope she is well recognized for her care and compassion.

I have been going to Sterling Optical for a few years and the doctors are great and really listen to any concerns and the employees are always so nice to work with. Alison was especially helpful in helping me pick out my new frames! I always recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye clinic!
