Everyone I saw here for my contact lens fitting was very kind. My appointments were all >30 minutes, but I did not feel rushed in any way. I'm absolutely terrible at the eye puff test and had to retake it several times, but the optician (?) was super patient and assured me it wasn't a problem. Really great experience, thank you!

Best service ever. I came a week early and they were able to see me. On top of that, the staff helped me choose the perfect eyeglasses. I had an excellent experience. Great vibes.
I can’t talk enough about how nice and friendly the staff is, and our doctor!! I visited them with my husband and daughter, we were all scheduled, and they were very patient, would explain everything (even to my little girl), and advise us. My daughter and I got the additional exam (I forgot the name, but it’s meant to be a more detailed check of eye health), and my daughter wasn’t even scared during the exam. She even told me which part she liked best, lol (the balloon!). They also have many frame choices, my daughter is ecstatic about her Little Pony glasses! And I can’t wait for mine! Even my husband who’s very picky found a very cool pair of glasses! I truly recommend them! The place is clean, organized, and everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. When it’s time to get our eyes checked again, we’ll be back! Thank you to everyone at our ShopKo!
I am very happy with the level of service that I have received from ShopKo optical. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I received my glasses quickly and they were fitted meticulously. I had a couple of eye issues going on and Dr Heidi P. resolved them quickly which was a great relief for me.. I highly recommend them..
