Bryce and Dr. Barlas were amazing! Both were very professional and helped my husband and I get the right prescription and find glasses. I hate the eye doctor and they made it a very enjoyable experience. Facility was clean and welcoming!
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. The optical staff relies on underhanded sales tactics to inflate bills. I checked my records and found they added an expensive 'ZEISS DuraVision Platinum' coating to my order, sticking me with a $96 out-of-pocket charge via my EyeMed portal. While it is technically listed on the final receipt, it is completely missing from the prescription order form they had me sign. They quietly upgraded my lenses to a premium Tier 3 option without explaining the cost or getting my consent before finalizing the order. Check your paperwork very carefully before paying this store a single dime!
Dr. Barlas was highly knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. Kyana helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, knew her insurance well, and processed my order succinctly and professionally. Top marks for the doctor and staff every visit!
