They SUCK! Sorry, but my first experience was NOT good. The people were very unwelcoming and charged us for a contact exam while only there to get glasses! We will NEVER go back here. And the optometrist lady was extremely rude and says she dont get paid enough to work there!! Hope this is helpful to others so they dont gotta go through the same unpleasantness
The customer service here is fantastic. I am very happy with this location and Heather the store manager goes above and beyond :) One thing I will mention is that recently there's been a change in the waiting area. There's not any music playing and it creates an awkward quiet.... until it's not quiet with loud customers. There's no sound to drown out noise as well. My last visit in there was an older man hard of hearing watching VERY inappropriate videos on tik tok at full volume! Shopko PLEASE bring the music back to the waiting room!
I have been coming to Shopko optical for many many years and every single time I come in for an exam Dr. Wallace and the ENTIRE staff are always so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and sincerely helpful. They do not try and “sell you” on anything but truly care for their patients wellbeing. So refreshing in today’s world of “see as many patients as possible in a short amount of time”. I really wish that I could see them more than once a year!! Well done Shopko Optical team!
I ran my prescription safety glasses over with my car. I took them into the delavan shop. 3 hrs later they had them fixed! I didn't think they were fixable. Im very pleased! Would definitely recommend!
Affordable, friendly staff. I was in and out within a hour. They have a very nice selection of frames.
