Dr. Nattis Excellent doctor Surgeon When I see him and he checks my eyes, I don’t have to worry about anything. Very thankful. I have him as a doctor. The once a year appointment is so appreciated. very hard to get him during the year😳 I know the doctor is very, very busy and I so again appreciate having Doctor Nattis” One compliment I could give is the receptionist at the front desk Very professional and polite 7/8/26 Thank you so much Elizabeth😊

What a horrible experience… the receptionist was dismissive and rude … but nothing compared to dr paserilli who is probably one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever seen… he was more interested in securing a surgery for his group on my behalf than treating the ISSUE I was there for!!!!! He stated during the visit he would call in drops to help with the issue on Tuesday! I called back wed thurs Fri and sat and everytime was told I would be called back by someone who could resolve the issue it’s now the following Wednesday no call!!!!! Originally went to Holbrook where the staff n doctor were all wonderful that’s where I’ll go back to!!!!!!! Definitely better options out there

All of the personnel were attentive and courteous. I was seen on time for various tests and then examined by the doctor. He also was courteous and considerate and totally professional.

Yeah, it was my first visit to the Eye Doctor in West Islip, I had a 345 finally seen the first technician about 4:45 E person at the desk was a little snippy maybe having a bad day Other than that, the experience was very good

Doctor Jeffrey it’s so nice my daughter love her visit and the way everybody treat her . I really recommend this place
