My appointment was at 9am took over an hour to been seen staff was rude unprofessional , clearly they have no experience in the health field ! or how to deal with patients. i ask to speak with a manger and instead of saying sure let me go find one. This one girl decided to argue with me going back-and-forth like a 5 yr old child, laughing her attitude was unexpected. other place she would got Suspended or fired . so I decided to record her because she was getting out of hand I showed it to the so-called manager and he could care less and they lucky I can't upload it on here because it's ridiculous ! the fact that this office allows this type of behavior is unexpectable! i wouldn't recon anyone to go here ! it's not worth it . i went to a different office by northwell and took 25 minutes and wow can you tell the difference !
