I started seeing Dr Hatsis almost a year ago. I am so happy he was recommended to me! I feel completely safe and secure with him & the service I have received from him. He resonates such a calming presence. The staff are all knowledgeable, kind & friendly. A pleasure to visit. I definitely recommend him & his office. You will not be disappointed! ❤️

I am so happy for choosing Sight MD in Manhasset ! From the front desk people to doctors! I had an appointment with dr Brad Kligman today for Laser LPI ! I was terrified, but he was so patient and understanding! Also very knowledgeable and kind! Monique at the front desk was great with me figuring out my insurance plan and everything! Going back next week again and I am not scared at all because I am in the best hands of care! Happy to have such a great team around me! Be blessed and keep up with the great work! It's been 3 Days since the surgery on my first eye. I've experienced no pain, no discomfort at all. The staff at the surgical center were terrific. The place was packed, but they made me feel like I was there only patient. (I wasn't). My surgeon, Dr. Brad Kligman, is great. So positive, so professional. I can't wait to get the cataract surgery on the second eye done . The staff at Site MD in Manhasset are also the best. Patient, they take time to explain what they've doing. Since I am hard of hearing in addition to being blind as a bat, I have to ask them to repeat themselves, they don't seem to mind. So I 'm thankful for that. Lastly, a shout-out to Monique Murray, the surgical coordinator, super thorough, very professional , she's a pleasure to work with.

There were many concerns I had about my visit today, including poor professionalism from the front desk (chit chatting instead of helping reduce wait times or insurance issues for patients), poor communication about wait times (about 1.5 hours to see the doc for a scheduled visit) and procedures (the doctor did not realize I was dilated), and violations of privacy (patient names and identifying info is screamed out, patients are being assessed in the waiting room in plain view), and there is discordance in the whole approach in how the patient is seen. Patient experience is clearly not valued here based on what I witnessed today, probably because they feel people have no other options or choice once they’re there. That’s not right. I understand some days are tougher than others, but there are serious issues in how this place runs and the lack of humane care in this clinic is evident. I doubt any of this means anything to many of the persons I encountered today but I wanted to speak out for those who may not know what to say or feel they may not be heard. I hope you guys can consider what I say and improve! Thanks.

Been a year now since my lasik procedure and honestly best decision ever. Not having to wear glasses anymore and just feeling free on the eyes. And vacations? Even better without glasses getting in the way. Dr. Brad Kligman; best is all I can say. Absolutely professional, patient, and hears every of your concern and makes you feel at ease every step of the way. Absolute highly recommend
