The front desk staff are very warm and reassuring. They acknowledge your presence and addresses you by your name. The technical team explains each step of the examination that they carry out on you. They respond to questions you ask about your health in a manner that says, "you have a right to ask " The doctor is patient and he spends time with you going over your results and he genuinely listens to your concerns. One draw-back is the size of the facility. It's too small and becomes very clustered when there are wheel-chair patients. The overall atmosphere otherwise is pleasing, and the facility is always clean.

Wonderful staff … doctors are great.. My teen son lost his vision back in August do to a Retina tear and let me tell you from the front desk to the office manager they was they cared for my boy was heartwarming. My boy was soo scared and they truly walked us through it all with scheduling emergency surgery to post op. Just wonderful!!! I’ll be forever grateful to all of them … Highly recommend this office and staff

I popped in one morning without an appointment, a bit unsure if I’d get to see a doctor, but guess what? I did! They gave me a thorough exam and took such great care of me. I think I’ve found my new go-to eye doctor for now, all thanks to everyone’s wonderful service, from the front desk to the technicians and the doctor. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
