Almost 10 minutes past when the appointment was supposed to be (at 2:20) and I still haven't even received the form to fill out as a first time patient. Not a good start. Update: we ended up seeing the doctor about 2 hours after the appointment. I understand that doctor's office visits are usually a time sink but this is a bit ridiculous. That being said the staff was friendly (with the exception of the receptionist that wasn't right next to the door, she was dismissive and not clear about a few simple questions) not a big deal as the rest of them were excellent, overall an ok experience but the time management really has to get better here
Everyone is friendly and helpful, I am always able to get an appointment in a short period of time, and the doctors always take their time with explanations and potential questions.
Will bill your insurance incorrectly then tell you that you don't owe them anything the send your $45 bill to collections. Unbelievable.
