I joined SightMD as a physician in september 2018. I have been very happy with the management of my practice. I have a higher volume of patients, and those patients are overall much happier with the healthcare experience that they receive.I am able to completely focus on my patients and their needs and care now that all the administrative and practice management is handled for me. Our group joined SightGrowthPartners in the summer of 2019. We were a group with 8 ophthalmologists and one optometrist and we found that we were having difficulties running our practice and administering our office. The transition was smooth. We adopted to the new EMR and the new management with relative ease. Sight helped us navigate through all of the hardships of dealing with the pandemic. They take care of all of the staffing needs for our office which in this economic environment takes an outsized amount of time and resources. Their philosophy on patient flow and technical support for the doctors has allowed our practice to expand in size comfortably as our patient volume has grown. Our referrals from doctors in the community have never been stronger, both our reputation and our branding in the community have improved over time and our staff/employees are now working as a team.
