Dr. Whigham is probably the BEST doctor I have ever had. From beginning to the end, he made me feel like he was just as concerned about my eyes as though they were his own. He took time to answer all of my questions, explained his steps as he was examining my eyes, and even took time to get to know me as his new patient. I've had horrible experiences with other doctors, but he makes up for all of that. I wish all of my doctors were like him. I highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Spencer Sherman for over 25 years! He’s a very detail oriented checks your eyes completely & thoroughly! The staff makes the visit they are kind attentive & test you with the newest eye care equipment available as soon as you walk in the door you know your in qualified hands. Everyone is awesome the office is very nice & comfortable and you just feel welcome. Most important is how the clean every piece of equipment thoroughly even before COVID hit us. I would not be a patient for this long if they were not one of the best!!!!!

Great medical advice, impressed with the medical staff who were highly qualified and have a lovely bedside manner. Front office staff were very business-like, not the friendliest interactions. The one area that was frustrating was efficiency. I waited for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before being seen. I don't know if this was simply a challenging day, but it wreaked havoc on my schedule for the afternoon give the unexpectedly long waiting time.

What an amazing experience with Dr. Benjamin Whigham and his staffs. I went there first time for an eye emergency visit. He spent time checking on my eyes. Great bedside manner and very polite. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

After several thorough eye exams, Dr Sherman said he was giving me a ‘new prescription’ which was the same one I have been using for a few years in drugstore over the counter glasses. When I noted it was the same Rx I have been using, Dr Sherman became quite rude and dismissive and insisted I ‘just fill the prescription’. I asked repeatedly and nicely for him to explain why he thought this would help and he became even more obstinate and dismissive. I will NEVER see him again and would urge him to seriously reconsider how he treats patients if he plans to continue practicing. Giving a one star because there is apparently no mechanism for a zero or negative rating but that is what he deserves.
