Truly a 5 star experience! Dr. Lessner did my husband’s procedure 8 years ago and he had great results, so I felt confident coming here. I was definitely nervous the day of, but Dr. Lessner was incredibly patient and explained everything step by step beforehand and during the procedure. He was kind and reassuring. When we were done, he actually came out to the waiting room to see my husband again 8 years later, and we took a picture together. That personal touch meant a lot to us. The entire staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience feel easy. Niki has such a gentle, calming demeanor, and Meghan was very kind and helpful when going over post-op instructions. Dr. Cohen answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Everything went so smoothly from my initial call for a consult through the surgery itself. I’m so glad I decided to finally do this procedure. Only regret is not doing it sooner!

Everyone at SightTrust Eye Institute was amazing. From the receptionist to the Techs Angie and Alexis who took all the time necessary to get exact test results of both eyes to Dr. Thomas, Dr. Marc and my surgeon Dr. Shatz. Never did I feel rushed or just another patient. The all truly cared, spent quality time each step of the way, gave me a clear understanding of the process, what was going on with my eyes and potential risks. The surgery was easy, painless and they kept me very comfortable. As a Airline Captain my vision is critical to be able fly. Having Cataract surgery in both eyes during the same surgery was a great decision. One day later my vision has already improved. My recovery time significantly reduced.
