My son had an appointment yesterday. He is on the spectrum and deals with sensory issues and not knowing what to expect. His last appointment in March was unsuccessful. So we went in a little nervous. I spoke to Shirley ( i believe that's her name) and shared my concerns about his sensory issues. And im so glad I did. She was amazing. She showed so much patience and kindness to him. She would show him what to expect prior with each machine. He actually enjoyed being there and going through the exam except for one machine. Not one meltdown and that is a successful day. I will continue to go here for our eye exams.

I dropped off a pair of glasses to get a frame replacement & I got screwed the so-called manager finally called me. Just to tell me they lost the lenses which were the transition kind which are not cheap I gave the a week to find them. When I went in today to pick them up it was not the same lens that I dropped off she pulled a fast one on me she said they was my genes. But they wasn't getting as dark outside like the ones I dropped of & the way i was treated by her made me feel like she didn't like me btw I am a black man. They had my glasses for almost 6 months she was saying she couldn't find the replacement frames. So I went across the street to Grace optical & they had frames that fit. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT A COHEN OPTICAL AGAIN. They switched my lenses cause they couldn't find mine that costs me 500 dollars. THEY WONT RESPOND TO NEG STUFF ONLY TO GOOD REVIEWS. THAT SHOWES WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GIVE . PEOPLE DON'T GO HERE ESP IF YOUR NOT HISPANIC

I had the most wonderful experience visiting this facility. I went to get new glasses and one of the ladies who worked here by the name of Ginger helped me. I was so impressed with the service. She answered all of my questions and she helped me pick out much needed new frames. What I truly appreciated was her honesty when I tried on the frames. She didn’t just tell me anything but she was genuinely honest. This is my new spot. Thank you so much Ginger for your excellent customer service and your honesty.

This store is very clean, great customer service that helped with allmy concerns. I left there a very happy customer and definitely recommend!

Ginger was EXTREMELY nice!! It was a bit of a wait due to the amount of patients, BUT the doctor was quite apologetic & nice. He was friendly & calm. Ginger was pleasant; answering phones, helping patients & helping to make recommendations for glasses frames. Best part, she did it all with a smile, no attitude mor was she frazzled
