I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told that it had been rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I notified of this change. In fact, I had previously received a call confirming my appointment, making it reasonable to believe everything was still scheduled as planned. I no longer live in Silverton, and the only reason I continued making the drive and giving this office my business was because I believed the level of care and professionalism was worth it. Unfortunately, this experience proved otherwise. After taking time out of my day and traveling to the office, I was informed upon arrival that I did not actually have an appointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Patients arrange their schedules, transportation, and in some cases travel significant distances for appointments. To reschedule someone without notifying them and only inform them after they show up is incredibly disrespectful of their time. The receptionist was also unhelpful and showed very little concern for the inconvenience this caused. Rather than offering a solution or acknowledging the mistake, I was met with a lack of professionalism and customer service. This experience has completely changed my opinion of a practice I once highly respected. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
